離開月子中心前一晚,一想到接下來的日子馬上要從女王變女傭,心裡馬上響起淒涼的配樂(沒辦法!現代媽媽在生小孩前都是家裡的小公主)婆婆媽媽不要再唸我們啦!
讓產後調養延續的返家餐
這次生二寶小喵剛好卡在搬家和坐月子期間,擔心回家後一面得照顧孩子,一面還要處理家事,哥哥小包也需要關心和陪伴,會忙不過來,因此我上網搜尋月子返家餐,看到「月芽精緻養生餐」,是專為孕媽咪、產後媽咪、長輩設計的餐點,其中月子餐還細分為頂級餐、豪華餐、精緻餐三種。
看了豐富的菜色,加上有中醫師、西醫師、營養師共同研發,為餐點把關,著實讓我安心不少,多元菜色和不馬虎的主食、配菜和湯品,很快就決定訂兩週的返家餐。
返家餐的菜色,早餐一共有5樣,包括主食、副菜、時蔬、茶飲和甜品,午餐和晚餐也分別有8樣菜色,當中含各類主菜、時蔬和湯品,不論是哺乳媽媽或是有產後調養需求等都非常適合吃。

▲雞胸肉夾起來就感覺很嫩,且湯品很清淡、雞腿肉大塊味道又很鮮美。
餐點還會附上養生茶,早上是神氣活力飲,晚上是益氣安神飲,一包就是一份的量,只要用100度C的水浸泡5~10分鐘,或是倒入杯中用微波爐加熱即可,早上喝完感覺神清氣爽,晚餐喝了則是讓自己心神寧靜,喝完就可以好好休息睡覺的感覺(如果小喵沒哭的話)。

一人調養全家跟著養生
本來琦媽因為擔心我產後會吃得不夠營養,所以常來家裡探望,有次她看到送來的月子餐都是味道清淡,幾乎沒重油重鹹的料理,忍不住問:「這個看起來沒味道又沒油,有營養嗎?」
我跟琦媽解釋,現在產後調理走健康路線,都以低油低鹽為主,不再像過去大量進補油膩的食物,吃起來不僅爽口,也不怕產後減肥遙遙無期。

另外我也給琦媽看了「營養師的叮嚀」,營養師提到餐點設計是針對溫補、輕藥膳為主,其中自然產和剖腹產分別在產後7天和14天要避開麻油、酒、藥膳料理,因為這時候傷口還沒完全癒合,須避免食用活血食物。
除了有醫師和營養師仔細把關,難道不敢吃或是不愛吃的菜也得照樣接收嗎?月芽有幫媽媽們想到這一點,只要先告訴客服不吃的菜,他們會備註,因此不用擔心得吃下不想吃的食材喔!(像我有點偏食,就備註了地瓜葉、皇宮菜和紅鳳菜,噓~)

產後媽媽除了自己好好的吃月子餐調理身體,那老公跟大寶只能在外隨便覓食了嗎?喔!不!身為媽媽就是這樣,還是會想顧及全家人。
我訂的頂級餐,後來也增加份量,月芽養生月子餐的頂級餐和豪華餐都可以免費加菜加飯,看這豐富的月子餐料理,小家庭再搭配一兩樣菜,一家四口也夠吃了,而且健康的菜色組合完勝許多外食。

我仔細算過月子餐的頂級餐一日是2600元(含運送),一餐約867元,我食量小,加量後還能讓家裡兩大一小吃得飽又健康,雖然比叫外賣貴一些,但是料理有醫師和營養師把關,省去不少自己買菜、備料、煮飯時間,更不用麻煩婆婆媽媽煮,喜歡或不喜歡吃的也不敢講(人情最貴啊!),想來也是值得。

來自另一半的呵護,讓愛延續全家
月芽月子餐吸引我的其中一點,就是創辦人運用自己的專長,親自為另一半準備從孕期到產後的料理,讓太太產後迅速恢復好氣色,這點讓我覺得蠻感動。

回家跟寶包奮戰最疲倦的時候,不見得只能叫外送平台的餐點,每一餐都要即時下訂單,畢竟照顧小孩時空白時間是分秒必爭的,更方便的做法是一次訂好返家餐,等著三餐配送,按鈴取餐即可。

有些人會猶豫,如果週一到日三餐配送,我臨時有事出門,或者不希望一週七天都吃養生餐怎辦?像我是訂週一到五,遇到臨時想取消或更動,其實在前一天跟客服說好,將餐點移動到期限內的某一天就可以了。
就是因為有這個「彈性」,也比較不會讓人覺得,一旦下訂,我也得完全配合送餐的日期跟時間而動彈不得。
本來琦媽覺得我的返家餐沒什麼,但看我連吃兩週,他說:「雖然你看起來有點累,但氣色其實不錯耶!而且好像比7年前生完小包後瘦更快。」

月子結束,不代表調養也跟著結束,畢竟懷胎九月,身心仍須慢慢復原,就用健康養生不擔心會發胖的返家餐,呵護自己的身體,找回健康活力,找回產前身形!
